Never follow blindly the mind of another
Ne're Preacher, Teacher, Father, Mother, Sister or Brother
Unto each human is graced a path of discovery
Adorned with joy, sorrow, adventure and drudgery
Pleasant & unpleasant all serve a purpose for thee
How you choose to embrace this determines destiny
Solace and be still to hear the whispers of spirit
But heed this, time alone is required to hear
All answers lie in solemn reaches of the soul
To be shared with others but not forced control

The Lie said to the Truth: "Let's take a bath together, the water from the well is very pleasant." The Truth, being suspicious, tested the water and discovered that it was indeed, very pleasant. So they undressed and bathed. But of course suddenly, the Lie jumped out of the water and fled, wearing the clothes of the Truth.

The Truth, furious, came out of the well to retrieve her clothes. But the World, seeing the naked Truth, looked the other way, with anger and contempt.

Poor Truth returned to the well and disappeared forever, hiding in shame. Ever since, the Lie runs through the world, dressed as the Truth, and society is very happy... because the world does not want to know the naked Truth.
