

So I ate better today. Started with the yogurt , coffee and kind bar.

Chicken Salad, Life Water and Trail Mix for Lunch.

I stuck to my word and walked Ianna AND did not eat dinner last night. I was seriously still stuffed from my overlunching it yesterday.
