Anointing Oil⭐️One drop each of Lemon, Rosemary and Mandarin in carrier base (or just three drops of mandarin).

Herbal Tea⭐️Rosemary is traditionally known as the herb of remembrance ~it stimulates the memory. Make a brew using a teaspoon of the dried herb to a cup and drink with meals. Lavender is a good substitute.
