 I started my day feeling great.  Then I couldn't get a human on the phone with UPS.  Our communication system in this country is so messed up.  It shouldn't be so hard to speak with another human being.  Then my daughter texts me she doesn't want to go on her birthday trip.  Seriously?  All I want is simple and happy.  How do you start over when the past continues to punish you???
