A man only learns by two things; one is reading and the other is association with smarter people. -Will Rogers

 The wind within.

by D Mackie (c)

In the quiet confines, of my belly's deep,
Where silence dwells, secrets do keep,
A gentle stirring, a subtle spin,
The birth of wind, a tale to begin.

From the caverns within, it starts to rise,
A murmur, a whisper, a hidden surprise,
A dance of gases, a playful art,
A symphony forming, ready to part.

Softly it rumbles, a mystical sound,
Gathering strength, swirling around,
In my belly's embrace, a tempest brews,
A journey of wind, with no time to lose.

Through twists and turns, it seeks its way,
A winding path, no time to stay,
From the depths it rises, a gust set free,
A laughter of nature, a gale in glee.

In my belly, where winds take flight,
A symphony playing in the silent night,
Growing louder, the rumble persists,
As the wind within, a masterpiece exists.

And then, with a flourish, it escapes unseen,
A playful exit, a passage so keen,
The wind breaks free, a release in part,
A chuckle from nature, a rumbling fart!

The fart blew out and rattled the cheeks,
it bounced off the quilt and around the sheets,
A comedic dance, in the room it repeats,
A symphony of laughter, the cheeky wind greets.

In the air, laughter lingers on,
A tale of wind, now softly gone,
A journey that started deep within,
A whimsical ode to the belly's wind.
