There will at times be those days when you barely have enough energy to keep going - never mind have the energy to work on your goals or projects. On those days - when you're tired and overwhelmed - take the time to rest, relax, recharge and realign with your best self. Some days we need to use the energy that we were going to use on our projects to keep ourselves 'afloat'; we need to re-purpose that energy today to be kinder to ourselves or to process our grief. Release any association of guilt and shame with rest and taking a break. Rest is not wasted time, it is invested time, it's vital in order for you to progress. Rest when you need to, and when you're fully recharged, try again.
