Your higher self wants to remind you that it's not your job to take on the worries of your friends and family, nor is it your duty to solve all of their problems either.

Release all of that pressure, strain and stress caused by taking on the weight of a responsibility that wasn't yours to carry.

It's time for you to focus upon you now.
Leave behind all guilt and shame when it comes to saying no and protecting your own inner peace.

When you continue to help everyone else except yourself you're leaving very little room for joy in your own life.

Of course still help your loved ones, however have healthy limits, know when stepping back is required.
