 The quickest way to happiness is gratitude.  Close your eyes and slowly say , “Thank you” five times.  Focus on just one thing if you struggle to think of things to be grateful for.  It’s a new day and you are here to experience it.  That’s special!  That alone is worth many thank you’s!

Getting rid of toxic environment, people, and habits can be an extremely lonely process. Constantly remind yourself why things need to change. Old ways won't open new doors. Trust that a new phase of your life is about to begin. Focus, don't compromise, and never look back.
