I am so grateful for the positive energies that flowed my way this week.

 













Today we find our calm center, we give thanks and we open our hand in kindness toward ourselves and others. 🩡

One thing at a time:
1 - Breathe in deeply and exhale the thoughts that are not serving you. Ahh.
Allow yourself a moment to dwell in a space of calm.
2 - Now see this moment through the lens of gratitude.
Really see it. Look for the gifts. Notice what is going right.
3 - Then take your open heart and offer yourself some loving kindness.
Then pay the love forward with kindness for others.
This is a short and easy recipe for an amazing day. 🩡
