KAS - Email was sent yesterday - no response.

 Good Morning,

I am following up from our phone conversation regarding the car I purchased from you 3 months ago.  To recap on Saturday July 10th the car broke down and would not start.  Two days after the warranty expired.
Since your service station fixed the evap issue no warning lights or indicators have come on to alert there was a problem with the engine or the car.
It was determined by the first mechanic at Walbert Auto  that there was no oil in the engine and it burned up.  I have since had it towed to Dreisbach as Walbert does not repair engines.  On Monday July 19th  Dreisbach will have time to assess the true damage to the engine and determine what is needed to fix it.  They will also determine if the damage to the engine could have been detected during the inspection at  your service center in May after or while fixing the evap issues.  Should this be the case the legal onus will be on your dealership.
When we ended our conversation I was told a discussion would have to take place with management and I would receive a call back.  Please communicate your intention for dealing with this issue.
