“Winter crept over Nin stealthily, like a great white cat made of chill mists and sharp-edged winds.” ― Alix E. Harrow,

 Gods, Goddesses & Demigods

Mut - Meaning "Mother", Mut was the archaic name for the Egyptian goddess as a trinity. The 1st of Mut's 3 heads was the Virgin Mut, wearing the plumes of truth. The 2nd head was Hathor, Mother of the World, & she wore the red & white crowns of the Two Lands. The 3rd head, painted black & wearing vulture feathers, was Nekhbet, the Crone of Death.

Mut mothered all the gods of Egypt. There are some myths that cite Isis as the oldest deity of the world (not plausible since Hathor came first) but there are other myths that state Isis being born with Osiris from Mut's womb.

Mut's hieroglyphic symbol was a design of 3 cauldrons, representing the Triple Womb.
