Crystal /Stone/Mineral Of The Day

💎💎💎💎💎
Chrysocolla.
Chrysocolla is a copper silicate, usually found in location with Malachite & Azurite. It was first mentioned in history in 315 BC by Theophastus, but was revived and reported again in 1808 by A.J.M. Brochant. This mineral was named from the Greek word meaning “ Gold glue” due to its common use in soldering Gold.
Chrysocolla is a stone of empowerment, communication , and calming. People who tend to get erratic and are hyper emotional during stressful situations need to carry a piece of Chrysocolla daily. This stone will help in reducing that panic feeling when overwhelmed, and will allow you to have a clear head and a calm mind while making difficult decisions. Chrysocolla will aid in communicating those thoughts while raising your wisdom to achieve these ideas in reality. Chrysocolla is commonly worn around the neck near the throat chakra for the maximum effects of its abilities, but it can be carried in a pocket for slightly more limited effect.
Chrysocolla is also used as a talisman of musicians. It is an excellent charm for learning new musical instruments or joining a choir, orchestra or theatre group, and to have the confidence to play in public.
Chrysocolla is a stone of wise women everywhere. Worn or carried, it helps older women to express their knowledge and experience through writing, painting, music, crafts or acting. It is a remarkable gift for first-time grandmothers and great~grandmothers to help balance their new caring role. One strange property of Chrysocolla known since antiquity, is its property of encouraging people to stay at home. It has been a stone used by monks, hermits and prisoners, diminishing the anxiety and depression that often accompanies seclusion.
Another of the many uses of Chrysolla is as teaching stone, encouraging us to reveal our highest knowledge so that others may benefit from our experiences. This may come in the form of speaking lovingly to a friend and offering insights, a teacher to a student, or by simply modeling the power of words, chosen wisely with knowledge of their impact in the world.
Love and blessings,
